North Carolina-based singer/songwriter Alexa Rose makes vivid, emotional ballads that radiate an energy similar to Phoebe Bridgers or Waxahatchee. This new one, “Clearwater Park,” is no different; the storytelling is poignant, and her vocals are delicate.
